Some students choose to use additional resources to learn even more. But most of our students only use the resources we provide them. That makes the study process easier and faster for them because they can focus only on what they really need to study for the exams.
In addition to the study materials, we provide resources that make the practical work easier.
For example, people who get CISM certified often end up in roles where they need to review security controls. So, we give them a Quarterly Security Review template that covers the key areas—along with a PowerPoint template for presenting their findings clearly.

Frequently Asked Questions
For private bootcamps, we can typically get your team started within 2-3 weeks depending on your preferred dates and certification. For our regularly scheduled public bootcamps, your team members can join the next available session—we run these throughout the year. MasterClass access is immediate upon enrollment, so your team can start studying the same day.
Bootcamps run 3-5 days depending on the certification (CISSP and CCSP are 5 days, CISM is 4 days, AAISM is 3 days). Sessions typically run 8-9 hours per day via virtual delivery, so your team joins from wherever they work. MasterClasses are self-paced—most team members complete preparation in 6-10 weeks studying around their work schedule, but the system adapts to whatever timeline works for them.
While we maintain industry-leading first-attempt pass rates, if someone doesn't pass, they retain access to all materials and can continue studying at no additional cost. We will have a 1-on-1 call with them to make sure they know what to focus on to make their second attempt a relatively easy pass. They can also attend our weekly live instructor calls, access updated content, and retake practice exams. We're invested in your team's success beyond just the initial training—we support them until they pass.

For students in our Preferred and Premier MasterClasses, we have nearly 100% accurate pass rate data because these students work directly with our instructors throughout their preparation.
We know exactly when they sit for the exam and whether they pass on their first attempt. These students have a 93.6% first-time pass rate.
For students in our Essential MasterClasses and bootcamps, pass rate data is based on voluntary self-reporting. While we actively collect this information and the results are directionally consistent with our Preferred and Premier students, we can't guarantee the same level of accuracy since not all students report back after taking their exam.
